I'm with a Real Estate investment company and we're looking into developing a better CRM / property database process outside of our current system of tracking properties, clients, property owners and investors via email… I'm not well versed on any CRM or database system. I have a little bit of experience in Access, but I think am too much of a novice to try and develop an intuitive database that would meet our needs. Ideally we want to be able to:
-Track Property Owners
-Track General Partners
-Track New Deals and have the ability to sort through them by location, property owner, general partner, or investor. I'm also want to be able to have the system maintain information on new properties, but hold that information.
Any thoughts / help would be awesome.
