Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 customer cards

Writing on the Magnetism blog, Ronelle Raath noted that the new customer insights feature enables you to combine all your customer data that’s stored and managed across the entire system into one unified customer view.

Raath explained how the customer cards let you see the customer view in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. They also let you view information on your customers from multiple external data sources. She then offered an example to illustrate her point.
