New to the CRM business model. What is your software preference and why?

Hello everyone. I figured before I went and purchased software that may or may not be the best for my business model that I should ask the pros. Currently I will be using it for seeking out brand ambassadors to sell products on a multi-product business platform which works like an MLM on instagram. What would you guys say is the best and why?
