LinkedIn Sales Navigator to add improved contact integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

LinkedIn has rolled out a new contact creation feature for Sales Navigator, part of the effort to improve synchronization with CRM systems based on public LinkedIn data.

The integration to create contacts is already available for Salesforce and is coming to Dynamics 365 Sales soon, according to senior product manager Lindsey Edwards. The write-back capability also includes duplicate detection and brings LinkedIn data back to the CRM.
