Is it possible to filter unanswered/ unreplied messages in WhatsApp?

I have a service based business and I am only communicate with clients on WhatsApp and I do not take email addresses.

Is there a CRM that does the following?
* Once I receive a message in WhatsApp it will reflect in the CRM and I can reply from it in realtime?
* Importing of existing messages / contacts? (I have a few 100 of it)
* Can it show contacts name that I have saved in my phone?
* Can i save contacts in the CRM that will reflect in my phone?
* Can i filter my message list to see unanswered messages? (Most important)
