Quickly generate a record summary
If you’ve ever used Dynamics 365 Sales in the past, then you’re more than aware of how time-consuming trying to get an in-depth view of a record status can be. Previously, you’d have to go through all record data fields and all the information stored in the timeline to get whatever details you needed. And, if there was a lot of record activity it would take additional effort to sift through all of it. Now, thanks to this new feature and some help from Copilot, there’s a more efficient way to find relevant record information. In just a few seconds, you can access high level overviews of any record and provide tailored communication to prospects and access lead info more efficiently while sales managers can stay up to date on what their team is working on.
Get greater visibility into sequence activities
From qualifying leads to closing deals, sequences activities guide salespeople over the course of a sale. With more visibility into scheduled sequence activities, sales teams can plan more strategic communication with prospects and avoid making too many excessive touchpoints during the sales journey. In our webinar demo, you’ll see how easy it is to get more oversight into past and upcoming sequence activities by simply connecting your sequences to a record.
Searching records on SharePoint with Copilot
As a one-stop shop for storing and organizing content, SharePoint is a highly valuable Microsoft application. However, if you have a lot of documentation or a vast library of resources, finding what you need can be like finding a needle in a haystack. With this new capability Copilot can search through documents and other information on SharePoint to quickly get the answers you need. Now sellers can access documentation without leaving the sale environment – and we’ll show you how it’s done.
