Spiro CRM – Advice on how to create a specific report

Hi there – I am looking for some advice on a specific report I need to create in Spiro….

For context, we are holding a competition with our Sales team where they will receive a certain amount of points for a specific change in stage for an opportunity. What I would like the report to do is identify:

  • Identify when an opportunity's stage has been updated from the previous week's stage; and
  • Identify what that stage change is and the # of points to assign for the new stage

For example, a salesperson would receive 1 point if an opportunity's stage was previously set to "identified" and now has been updated to "marketing/prospecting". From here, I'm expecting to have to manually add the newly accumulated points to our leaderboard each week (which is fine with me).

We will pull this report on a weekly basis and upload to a virtual leaderboard. From what I can tell, I think that Spiro does have this capability based on the custom formula columns you can add, but I'm a little lost on where to get started with this.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance!
