Close alternative

I just demoed close CRM and I love it’s inbox feature that places everything that needs to be done on one screen and that you’re also able to text/email right from there. However…I’m looking for something beyond the sales cycle. I’m looking for something to also help manage current clients (deals) that will be with my business for 10+ years…. With ability to upload documents into their profile. Any other ideas?
