( votes)I’m prepping for a job interview at a law firm and they use InterAction by LexisNexis as their CRM. I’ve used HubSpot and Zoho but never heard of InterAction, seems like it’s pretty industry-specific.
Has anyone used this before? Any tips or experiences on how it differs from other CRMs?
