My company is using Intercom for CRM purposes, however the platform doesn’t provide global reporting : Basically the usual boring monthly report where you see how many people opened your emails, what’s the CTR, … The only thing you can do is exporting individual customer information into your database.
So we are currently copy pasting the data from a graph into an excel sheet …
Is there a way to automate the report or use 3rd party data connector / APIs to automate the task? Even the platform doesn’t provide us a CSV file or similar format?
