CRM recs?

I work for a company that uses Access to keep track of our marketing contacts. I am investigating whether or not there’s a CRM that could fit our needs and make the process automated/simpler. A few details:

-We currently have over 20k contacts in our database, and we don’t want to be limited in terms of how many contacts we can add. (In my research this seemingly eliminated Monday) -We could use help automating submissions from forms on our website that get sent to us via email and we then input them manually into the database. -We could use help Automating the process of receiving bounced emails and what we do when we receive them -We are a <10 person team without the need for all the bells and whistles that make many CRMs “full suite” and super expensive.

Any CRM recommendations based on these parameters?
