What are your best tips for getting emails delivered?

Hey CRM subreddit,

My emails are getting flagged as spam! I use Salesforce but still can't seem to avoid the spam folder.

Help! What are your best tips for getting emails delivered?

• Any tricks to clean up my CRM list?
• Settings in Salesforce I should check?
• Secret weapons for avoiding spam filters?

I get my leads from WarpLeads since I'm able to avail of their unlimited export leads feature then I verify my emails through Reoon since I was able to get their lifetime deal at AppSumo.

Need my emails to reach inboxes, not spam! Any advice or battle-tested strategies are welcome!
