Accounting & Bookkeeping

Hello, I have two separate businesses and i am trying to find a crm program that would work best for me to have one login but two separate businesses. I do bookkeeping and taxes both businesses are separate from each other. Client portal is a must and a good working calendar. Any suggestions would be great. Also i am not looking for a sales CRM just something to manage workflow.
