One CRM for golf course, restaurant, and real estate?

I've got a client with a golf course, restaurant, and real estate around the golf course. He's interested in cross-promotional marketing (so, someone who signs up to tee off at the course might also be a good person for emailing about events at the restaurant. People who come a lot to the course might be good targets for real estate.) Ideally NOT self-hosted and as little configuration as possible. Alternatively, we could use a CRM that's not industry specific and somehow tie together the websites for all three services. Any recommendations?
