I work for a small business and I have no idea of how CRM should be used. We generate a lot of misc documents (not purchase orders) that i have no idea what to do with. I’ve been just grouping things into physical folders but i can not continue to live like this.
Would i be clogging up Our CRM of i started to load these document? Alternatively, I was planning on scanning the documents and loading them to a server but my fear there is they’ll just get lost in oblivion and become “junk”.
