( votes)Hello everyone – what CRM software would you recommend? We have users requesting quotes for a service and while we gather the quotes, we want to keep track of the request (if the user has received the quotes etc., whether they user has scheduled a service). So, each request should have a status that is visible and easy to monitor. What are some tools you'd recommend? Thank you in advance.
