( votes)Looking for recommendations of a CRM to help us do the following:
- manage leads
- track customer progress from lead to sale/invoicing to post-production/delivery outreach
- Invoicing with automated reminders
- Customer profile to store measurements and purchases
- Cloud based
- Bonus: manage our fabric inventory
- Bonus: email/DMs go straight into CRM
- Bonus: meetings/appointment scheduling
Right now, our biggest pain point is managing staying on top of leads, qualifying them, scheduling appointments/consultations, documenting/tracking their purchase option, invoicing, and then follow-up post-delivery. We have been doing everything via email and we are now starting to lose business because we are missing which leads/customers need additional follow-ups/close out.
