CRM with T&Cs Document Signing Ability

Hi,

I'm looking for a CRM that has the ability to 'on board' clients. Once the client is added it should be able to send them the "Engagement Contract" (T&Cs) with some key fields like name merged in, and then give them the ability to digitally sign (and show when this is done).

Does this exist in any CRM?
