Bigin Caller ID on iPhone

Hi, just started using Bigin and am enjoying it so far. There is a caller ID option on the mobile app that you can turn on — however I cannot find this option ANYWHERE on the iPhone app (vs it was very easy to find on Android).

Are there any current iPhone Bigin users that have gotten the Caller ID to work? I know for certain that Bigin used to have that function; I can't understand why they would keep it on Android and ditch it on iOS.
