( votes)Hi all, looking for recommendations for a CRM software for a craft brewery.
Being an alcohol manufacturer, we are not allowed to sell products directly to a retail customer, we have to go through an independent, third party wholesaler.
We currently use a program called Ekos Brewmaster that tracks all of our purchasing, manufacturing, packaging, and sales to our wholesalers. However, it doesn't track any sales beyond the wholesaler.
We get weekly/monthly reports from each wholesaler telling us which stores, bars, and restaurants our products have gone to. It would be amazing to have a program to paste an excel file or .csv, and have that populate to a database where we could monitor and analyze sales by individual retailer.
We currently have three wholesalers, but hundreds of retail accounts ranging from kegs going to corner bars, to Walmart locations buying hundreds of cases of cans.
