CRM without IT Auth.

Hi there. I work for a University in the UK, and I've been looking for a CRM Solution for my Team. Hubspot seems to be the only one that let's me send emails using my University Account. Every other CRM asks me for IT permission…

Is there any CRM that connects without global IT authorisation that you know off? We don't have any special permissions for Hubspot, it just seems to connect quite fine. Thanks!
