What to improve? My company made our first CRM review video (LINKED)

Hi, my company made a top 5 CRM review video. https://youtu.be/BJCespuN2qs

We're hoping people like it and we write reviews and work with affiliate CRM companies who pay us for clicks.
The reviews are honest and transparent on pricing but watch time is only about 5mins average despite the video being 18 mins long. I think the main thing to improve is the watchability but I'd love any feedback.
