ISO a solid CRM to replace Hubspot ASAP

I run a busy Apparel and Promotional business in Canada and am in dire need of a good CRM replacement for Hubspot. Hoping to find a replacement that is user friendly and won’t take me a year to figure out. I am pretty proficient in using CRM’s although I understand they are all different.

Have used HS for 5ish years (Sales and Marketing Stater) and have been especially happy with the layout and tracking features. The downside is the pricing keeps going up, and the customer service available to us goes down. We are now limited to online resources and chat only which IMO is awful. We also do not like that we are limited to “marketing contacts”, we cannot connect social or use workflows on our tier of plan. To take the leap to the next tier plans is 10x’s more expensive and offer many features we do not need.

To add to the madness HS keeps disconnecting from our Outlook 365, logs us out of Chrome too often, and we pay SyncQ an additional $80 CDN/ mth for the HS and QBO integration. It’s becoming beyond frustrating!

Hoping to find a solid replacement offering CRM, Marketing, and Social Media components. For brief context here is what we currently utilize and what we’d like to find.
