Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Hubspot with Business Central ERP?

Hi, we have an ERP in Business Central (9 employees) and I’m comparing the best CRM to use with it. Dynamics Sales seems better to integrate with BC but Hubspot seems more user-friendly or easier and faster to use. I want our salespeople to work as quick as possible (if it’s too much work, I know they won’t use it and then it’s all for nothing) in communicating with each other and follow up deals/opportunities instead of sending emails to eachother with comments and keeping their own excels with reminders. My boss wants to see all interactions and where in the sales cycle an opportunity is to do easy follow-ups. What do you think is the best CRM for us?
