Free CRM software for a Credit Company

We are just launching our SMME loaning company and i would like recomendations on the best CRM software to use , this is mostly for internal use , something we can use to track a clients detailes, for instance from registration till they finish paying of the loan with automated additions or deductions.

we dont mind paying for it ( if they dont charge per new user or especially per client) , but that would obviously be after some sort of trial.
