Business Friendly Wireframing Tool

Which tool do you use to build quick UI mockups? Most of the tools I know, such as Figma, are great for designers but not as friendly for business folks. I am looking for quick tools that can allow me to do copy, elements, many, pop-ups, and nav – super basic UI modeling.
