template setting help

Hello, i want to import data into zoho crm plus. and for what i need to template for the field that the imported data will have so that i importing the data frequently i just need to select the template and automatically all the data gets stored in the crm. PS I looking for salesforce to zoho but it is not clear yet all the data will come from the salesforce.
