Is anyone else using Zoominfo’s Engage as their CRM/dialer?

So long story short I absolutely hate this platform. It’s full of bugs, constantly freezing and the customer support is atrocious. I’m just curious if a) anyone else is using it and if you’re experiencing the same thing as me and b)what other CRM/dialers are a good option. Note: I’ve looked into Outreach and it is not for me.
