CRM for retail cross-sell and other

Hi all,
I am new to CRM and can't seem to find the right product for my company. We are furniture manufacturer and we want to implement CRM software. One of the features we want to have is tracking customers who bought a mattress from us 10 years ago and sending them a reminder that maybe it's time to think about a new one. Is there any CRM system that could do this? And maybe also send us a notification that we should contact this client?
