Nobody developed a faster way to find one email within email conversations? -> What’s the best client or a crm?

Let's say you're on Outlook and you want to find one email with one person where you have mentioned one word.

So, you now click on the search bar search for your recipients email and the keyword].

Now you have to browse through all the emails that you had with the recipient once again because every new email was a reply to the old email.

The problem is that every email quotes all the previous emails, which therefore makes it impossible to find something.

Am I the only one who is really struggling when you're on the phone with someone and you need to find an email as fast as possible?

I tried already a few clients, but I didn't find anything that really was satisfying.
