Does anyone have any experience with Inline Data Systems?

I'm thinking about doing a startup and was looking at potential CRMs to handle our use case. We have narrowed down to Odoo, SuiteCRM, and Inline Data Systems. I've heard and seen information about the first two, but can't find a single post of anyone who has used IDS.

If anyone has experience with them, how does their CRM work in regards to custom development?
