Looking for CRM + client project management for a small business

Hey r/CRM lurkers,

I run a small fintech agency and we are on the hunt for a new CRM that really fits our unique needs. Over the past year, we’ve been using Monday. While Monday offers extensive project management features, they don't offer a proper client workflow (proposals, contracts, client forms, etc.), so we're looking for something that provides more inclusive experience with client management included, and geared more towards agency workflows. Also, their recent separate pricing plans for managing projects and clients are a bit inconvenient.

Basically, we need a similar suite of features which support full client management like contract, proposal management, client portal, invoicing, and project management (time-tracking, task management). Budget planning would be a huge plus. You get the point.
