Not To Be Dramatic But…Assistance Please?

Things have gotten interesting fast in my business after implementing a lead page and Google ads…

I'm so used to creating and doing things on my own to assist but it's becoming more than I can handle/do with my level of technical expertise. What was working well is now too inefficient and looks like I've been now thrust into the world of CRM. And from my research I honestly can't tell what would work with based on what I need.

What I Have:

Currently the answers to the lead form are put into a Google Sheets. Then I've created a script that creates my initial message to send to the potential client via text or email. I then copy and paste that and message or email then based on the contact info provided.

What I Need:
Looking for a CRM software that can at least..

– Either program to receive leads from my current lead page OR one that I can create a very similar form/lead page with (it not a complicated form but needs to be able to have my branding images).

– Organize all the information effectively and allow me to export it if I need to

– Send initial contact message to the lead using the script I provide (script must be able to change based info inputted i.e. Hi *Name*, we received info that you have a birdcage to sell in *Location*)

– Received and organize messages and pictures from lead post contact

– That I can import my previous leads into from Google Sheets

– Fairly cost effective

Is there any product that fits this??

Bonus if it can do more based on what someone with more CRM knowledge could anticipate I may need as this grows.
