200 coworkers. 10-15 certificates and events that need to be completed each calendar year. Looking for automation via email and text to remind individuals of things they need to accomplish.

Goal would be to create an automated reminder system for 200 individuals. These are internal employees. Each has the same 10-15 certificates/ to do items that must be completed each calendar year. Would prefer to have email and text based reminders and instructions for each of the items.
