Best CRM for simple workflow?

I need to identify target companies I’d like to have as clients, select specific contacts within that company to reach out to, then email them and track my interactions with them, all within one CRM.

Just need one seat. It’s a one person business (me!)

Any affordable and cleanly designed CRM that can do this?
