Looking for recommendations on CRM software suitable for small businesses. Any suggestions?

We have been using Monday but their new pricing model is less affordable, forcing users to buy three separate products instead of one. They also still do not offer single-seat licenses, forcing you to purchase three, which doesn't work for us. Any suggestions for alternatives with comparable features and better pricing?
