Manufacturing Agency looking for a CRM

Hello
Working at a Manufacturing agency. We've been using OnePageCRM mostly without issue but we've hit our storage cap in about 5 years of use.

With their email sync every email for a contact is synced and downloaded with attachments. This includes emails sent through the software as well as incoming and outgoing emails through Outlook. This is a problem because one of the features we use it for is sending out a new pricelist.Eg, last week I sent a 2MB pricelist file out to about 100 contacts.2 x 100 = 200MB, or 2% of my account's storage in one action.
Or a customer sent me 2 photos of damaged product at 3MB each, which I forwarded to another email. Add 12MB.
We get 10GB per person, which we can pay to update to double, but it will just fill up as there's no way of cleaning it out other than manufally entering each contact to delete the attachments. We'd likely hit the new total in about 4 years.
It seems almost every CRM has the same issue, but nobody is upfront about it so it takes hours of back and forth requests with technical support on their end to see if they can work with us in that capacity.
I've gone through many options including Pipedrive, Copper, Bigin, Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, Oamobile, etc…Nothing seems capable of doing this.

We need:
1. 4 users
2. multiple tags (labels) per contact to sort them as customers of different lines
3. Data reports
4. Organizational sorting
5. designations of contacts as customers, manufacturers, inactive, etc…
6. Positions
7. Capability to bulk email based on tags with attachments up to 300 a day from a user (not an everyday occurence but 2-3 times a month).
8. Email sync to show conversations.
To be honest, most of the "automations" appear to be from customers reaching out or looking at your website. That could work for our clients (manufacturers) generating us leads, but our website isn't the destination for product information and these key features for many customers hold very little value to us.

I would also say that our Current CRM (OnePage CRM) runs us $15/user/month. We've had sompanies say they can do it at $75 a month and that's not going to be in budget.

Any suggestions?
