Best CRM for companies who report hours worked in projects?

I need help finding a good CRM that allows time reporting. My company creates and manages templates in Microsoft Office programs. We have a sales team of 3 and a production team of 24.

Our billing model includes both monthly subscriptions and hourly charges for projects. Currently, we use an in-house developed CRM through MS Access, but it lacks structure and is difficult for new hires to learn. Any recommendations?

I currently use Apollo.io for prospecting and conducting all the groundwork before winning a proposal. Afterward, I add everything to Access.
