Anyone have any idea why my SMTP password is not working in Bitrix?

I am trying to connect a corporate email that runs through gmail to Bitrix.

Currently emails are being sent out as [no-reply@companyname.bitrix24.com](mailto:no-reply@companyname.bitrix24.com)

When I try to connect my corporate email it says that the smtp password is not recognized. I looked it up and found that this password should just be the same as the mail password.

Can anyone help? Bitrix team is useless
