Will Hubspot CRM be enough for what my company needs?

Hey folks,
So the company I work for is a new online services provider. We purchased Hubspot Marketing and Sales hubs, and have been getting those set up for the past few months. But we were wondering if the Hubspot CRM (free) would be adequate for our service folks to use for client communication (emails, sending reports/updates, requesting materials, etc) and coordinating with other teams (dif services, sales, marketing, etc) by assigning tasks.

Right now the service teams are using ZenDesk, but there seems to be some limitations in using this as a CRM and they'd like to stick with just using it for ticketing.

If there's another CRM we should consider, I'm all ears. I just figured this might make the most sense because it's already integrated with our marketing/sales contacts.
