How to send the backup from Whatsapp Business to my business CRM software?

I have an employee who answers the messages on Whatsapp Business and now we got a CRM software to organize all the contacts that we have and every message from every platform at the same place. The problem is that we have a lot of messages already and I need them. They are on this phone and she managed to do a backup to a Google Drive that I set up with a business mail.
Now I have the backup but I can't make a text file or any file out of it. If I click on it inside Google Drive it just say that it will download them automatically when I download the app. The problem is that I DO NOT want to download the app on another phone or anything. I only wanted to import the messages on the CRM. I figure it can import the files but I can't export anything out of the Google Drive. Any ideas?

PS: the CRM I use is Kommo CRM (previously known as Amo CRM)
