Founder of a venture-backed startup here. We're helping companies tap into a revenue stream that's often overlooked – winback campaigns.

We've built a solid platform that autonomously reaches out to customers with hyperpersonalized messages through various channels… in an ongoing effort to bring them back to eventually convert. In tandem, it also provides up to date intelligence on the customer (whether they even bothered opening, how interested they still are, even what they're up to these days).

No setup bullshit with the traditional CRM, you tell us the problem and objective, we tune an agent, and it gets to work integrating with your existing stack. Customers love interacting with it, they think they're talking to a real person.

At a stage now where we've proven ROI with small to mid-market consumer goods companies (i.e. boosted 7% sales for a bedsheet company in a month) but looking to explore other verticals.

Some questions for this sub:

  1. What industry are you in?
  2. What do y'all currently use for winback campaigns?
  3. Thoughts on AI reaching out to customers (especially if the customer thinks its a real person)?

Also, if you're interested in this technology – happy to hop on a call to see if theres a fit. You must have an existing base of users/customers built over a minimum of 6 months.
