Is Avaloq banking software considered a CRM?

I am trying to understand exactly what a CRM is from a change management perspective.

I do have a lot of experience in a prior role working for a big4 bank in Australia and they rely on Avaloq as the main system that holds customer banking data and identification.

Avaloq also allows to process transactions, view all investment assets ect
