VTiger for real estate

Hello, I am dedicated to the real estate market, as an independent agent, I use a small CRM, sufficient for my work, it is called RD Station CRM, it is Brazilian, but with several languages, but now I will create a work team, therefore this one will no longer be available. It will be useful to me, I thought about open source VTiger CRM, why does it allow me to create an indefinite number of users, limited only by the hosting space, but have you used this program (VTiger) for the real estate market? and how good is it?
