Best Free CRM

I am an insurance guy and I purchase leads as well as generate my own on facebook. I would like for my leads to come in and automatically get texts and or emails . I also need something that allows to take notes and incorporate with dialpad. If it doesn;t that is ok as long as there is some kind of voip integrated or can be (would prefer to keep my dialpad though).
