Hardware and Tools Supplier – Outside Sales CRM

Hey all! Looking for a CRM for my team that is simple. We have leads we are working on but once we convert they become a regular customer and we want to develop with regular follow up and the ability to designate the type of products they are buying and aren’t buying. Needs to integrate with Netsuite ERP in some way.

I am the sales manager so if there is some way to have some oversight from that role too, it would be a big plus. We have 8 sales guys between 3 locations.
