Interested to learn what others have done in creating relationship between service records and product records for the purpose of using it in work order.
for example, client comes for oil change and wheel re-balance. Reception selects 2 services, oil change and re-balance. Then necessary parts (oil, filter, etc.) get inserted in work order.
I am aware of concept of work type concept in SFDC, but i am talking about using multiple services within the same work order and for each necessary parts get added to work order.
wanted to know if anyone has done anything like this.
