User Review
( votes)Hi all,
I'm currently trying to launch my business in the temp staffing area, but through a digital platform (no phone calls & Excel sheets). I'm looking for a CRM to do all marketing related communications (i.e. non-business, planing, outside of salary statements, billing etc), basically handling the temp workers as customers which I'd like to bring back for a shift or two. I'd be looking for the following features (maybe most of these are basic CRM features – not sure):
- Store all data (type of diploma/job, etc)
- Segmentation of contacts (those who work often, those only rarely…)
- Automation to email these people (in a nice format – newsletter like – sales & marketing), incl. lifecycle management
- Track their touchpoints (with the website, web app…)
- GDPR-compliant
- Wide integrations, i.e. ability to integrate easily with our future back-end to be built to handle all-business related topics (the tech not defined yet, so there's some wiggle room there as well)
- Ability to handle my non-temp-worker contacts easily – suppliers, clients, investors…
- Easily scalable but doesn't need to be massive, I'll have a couple people at the beginning, hopefully a several thousand towards the end – not a lot more.
Also, I don't have a business yet, so I don't have money either. What would be the best options?
I've identified Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshsales… but they seem to be rather similar in terms of features & usability, so not sure how to differentiate them. One thing is for sure, if they can all do the above, I'd prefer something cheap & easy to use 🙂
Thank you so much already!
