Just revamping an old site and I don't want to commit to a paid plan before getting customers. I just want to have a straightforward ticket system with no frills. The only "pro" feature I really need is piping, so I can reply from my inbox.
Is there any such thing? I tried several (hubspot, jetpack,fluent) but all of them only offer email piping as a paid plan
