CRM and privacy regulation

Hi all,

Wondering if there’s anyone here up-to-date with regards to (European) law and regulations with regards to privacy and CRM?

To be more precise; if a group of (non-related, not in the same company) people would sharing information via CRM, are there any privacy issues to be aware of?
